Image Not Found

I am having an issue where the chart does not display everytime. I posted the error below. We do have 2 front ends and I am wondering if this might have something to do with the issue. I have hit each front end and it does work on both but not everytime so I know it is installed correctly on both of hte wfes. I have tried changing the webconfig to store in memory as well as file but get the same error. Below is the error:

were you ever able to find an answer or solution to this? ironically your post is a whole year later but i'm facing the same issue - and yes, it is a load balancer issue i believe, where the image generated will not be found on the second server's request and vice versa... i don't know if you were able to find a workaround, or an alternate poll web part, but please share.
